All stated prices include VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned.
Danish kroner may be calculated into local currency if outside Denmark.

4. CANCELLATION

6. DELIVERY
Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days (domestic - longer for international deliveries) from the time we receive your order until you receive it with GLS.
7. SHIPPING COSTS
Orders are delivered with GLS or DAO. When the order has been sent, an email with tracking number is sent.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at www.moustgaard.com.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition.
You are of course welcome to try the product, but the right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the product's sales value. All labels must be on the item.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by returning the item unused together with a copy of order confirmation and prior correspondence.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.
HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM
There are two ways you can return the item:
1. You can refuse to receive the item from GLS.

2. You can receive the item from GLS and subsequently, within the 14 days, return the item to www.moustgaard.com.
and In this context, we ask you to enclose a copy of the order confirmation for the purchased items, as proof that the returned item (s) were purchased from.

Returns due to cancellation are at the buyer's own expense!
moustgaard.com recommends that the item is returned so that it is possible to track the package in the shipping system and it thus removes any doubt as to whether the item has been handed over to moustgaard.com.
In addition, the customer has the opportunity to request the package if delivery has not taken place.
Note - we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or otherwise.
Always remember to send the item back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for shipment.
When you regret your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you. This is done by returning the amount on your payment card that has been traded with, once we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation.
9. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop at www.moustgaard.com, you of course have a 2-year warranty valid from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
